1. Monitor and reconcile inventory movements and balances across stores, warehouses, and head office.
2. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to resolve inventory movement issues.
3. Process inventory purchases in the inventory system.
4. Prepare and review monthly journal entries for inventory purchases from group and third-party companies.
5. Conduct monthly reconciliations of inventory, intercompany receivables, and payables.
6. Prepare supporting documents for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring compliance with internal controls, audits, and tax requirements.
7. Forecast cash flow for inventory purchases and monitor variances.
8. Support team members in various accounting processes.
9. Participate in special projects as required.

1. Bookkeeping certification (2nd grade or above preferred).
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational company or audit firm.
3. Experience in the retail business is advantageous.
4. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. High level of integrity and professionalism.
7. Proficiency in Japanese (business level or above).
8. Proficiency in English (business level).
