1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or client-related field.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating client relationships.
3. Passion for luxury retail, with jewelry or watch expertise as a plus.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Knowledge of luxury etiquette and service orientation.
6. Experience in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
7. Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.

1. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
2. Digitally-savvy with omnichannel tools.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a client-related environment, with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
