1. Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
2. Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience.
3. Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
4. Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
5. Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support store operations and achieve sales targets.
6. Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable customer interactions.
7. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every customer interaction.
8. Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
9. Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and respond to emergencies.
10. Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through inspections and reporting.
11. Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.

1. High School Diploma.
2. Basic computer skills.
3. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in the United States.

4. Customer service orientation.

Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment.

Minnesota Mandatory Posted Wage Range $19.13-22.50
