- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
- Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
- Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable customer interactions.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every customer interaction.
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through inspections and reporting.
- Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.
- High School Diploma.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment.
High School Diploma
Minnesota Mandatory Posted Wage Range $19.13-22.50
