1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance client experience through hospitality and personalized service, positively impacting sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage floor waiting lists accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management.
7. Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies, maintaining organized POS stations and sales floor areas, and performing POS functions post-purchase.
8. Assist operations team with adherence to operational policies and procedures and after-sales servicing.
9. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client service and multitasking.
4. Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
