- Act as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted, providing a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
- Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities to create personalized experiences, positively impacting both sales and service.
- Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately if applicable.
- Ensure the hospitality area is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
- Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat and organized POS stations and sales floor areas.
- Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
- Assist the operations team with operational policies and procedures and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize while managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
