1. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience.
2. Enhance client experiences with personalized hospitality and store amenities.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage floor waiting lists accurately.
5. Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management.
7. Support the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and performing POS functions.
8. Assist the operations team with store policies and after-sales services.
9. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.

The hiring range for this position is $20.40 - $27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
