1. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience.
2. Enhance the client experience with hospitality and personalized services to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
8. Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
9. Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and multitasking ability.
4. Capability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.

$20.40- $27.60 per hour, eligible for sales commission.
