1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted to enhance their experience with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
4. Accurately manage the floor waiting list if necessary.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
9. Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
