- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted to enhance their experience with the Tiffany brand.
- Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
- Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
- Accurately manage the floor waiting list if necessary.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
- Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
- Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
