- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
- Enhance client experiences with hospitality and store amenities to foster personalized interactions that positively impact sales and service.
- Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
- Maintain the hospitality area to ensure it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
- Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat and organized POS stations and sales floor areas.
- Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
- Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
The hiring range for this position is $20.40 - $27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
