1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance client experiences with personalized hospitality and store amenities to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage floor waiting lists accurately if necessary.
5. Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintain organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions following a client's purchase decision.
9. Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent client service skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
