1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance client interactions through hospitality and personalized experiences to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately if required.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
7. Support the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and maintaining organized sales areas.
8. Perform all point-of-sale functions post client purchase decisions.
9. Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales services to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 to $30.02 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
