1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
5. Maintain the hospitality area to ensure it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
8. Keep POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized, performing all POS functions post-purchase.
9. Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to optimize store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent client service skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
