1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and exceptional service that aligns with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance the client experience through personalized interactions and store amenities, aiming to positively influence sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
5. Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is well-stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organization at POS stations and sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions following a client's purchase decision.
9. Assist the operations team with adherence to operational policies and procedures and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
