1. Achieve and exceed sales targets.

3. Consistently provide luxury experiences to resolve client matters effectively and empathetically.
4. Escalate matters with urgency to ensure prompt and client-centric resolution.
5. Initiate proactive, elevated, and relevant product recommendations for clients.
6. Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge to drive conversion and satisfaction.
7. Build personal connections with clients and collect relevant information to support long-term relationship building.
8. Ensure compliance with all policies and processes.
9. Communicate with passion and authenticity, using elevated verbal and written language.

7. Flexibility to work a varied 5-day in-person schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
