- Drive a comprehensive approach to brand priorities and initiatives in collaboration with global teams.
- Partner with regional zones to analyze trends, performance, and develop robust action plans.
- Propose and implement region-specific strategies in conjunction with global teams and zone merchants.
- Guide local adaptation and optimization of product strategies.
- Collaborate with global planning and zone teams on sales reviews and budget processes, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop and communicate market and store initiatives to enhance zone performance.
- Ensure consistency of client-facing assets with product strategies across e-commerce platforms.
- Support the transformation of the store network through product space planning and strategy validation.
- Develop product strategy space guidelines in partnership with relevant teams to ensure in-store implementation.
- Facilitate ongoing feedback and dialogue to plan launch strategies and sales forecasts.
- Ensure readiness of tools and resources for zones to achieve commercial success pre and post-launch.
- Monitor and adjust launch/distribution plans as necessary.
- Develop a high-performing team aligned with Tiffany and LVMH values.
- Drive alignment of strategic objectives and business priorities across the organization.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, consumer, or strategy consulting.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across multiple functional areas.
- Strong presentation and content development skills.
- Excellent decision-making, analytical, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement and agility.
- Ability to manage workload amid shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
