Retail Training Manager

1. Partner with HQ Retail Training Director for seasonal education updates and advisements.
2. Conduct regular reviews and analyses of training procedures and materials to measure impact on store performance.
3. Measure and analyze the efficiency of training results through sales and client satisfaction feedback.
4. Visit regional retail boutiques to collaborate with Client Advisors regularly.
5. Observe Client Advisors' interactions with clients to identify areas for improvement.
6. Help Client Advisors develop storytelling skills and personal narratives.
7. Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases.
8. Apply various sales training techniques such as gamification, case studies, and group activities.

1. Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer, or similar role.
2. Understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills.
3. Availability to travel and visit retail stores as needed.
4. Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using learning platforms.
5. Excellent presentation skills.
6. Ability to motivate Client Advisors to achieve sales goals.
7. Additional certification in training is a plus.
8. Ability to work on weekdays and potentially occasional weekends.
9. Proven ability to work remotely from direct management.
10. Ability to assess business needs of a retail store based on specific KPI indicators.
