- Regularly review and analyze training procedures and materials to measure their impact on individual performance.
- Assess and analyze the effectiveness of training through sales results and customer satisfaction feedback.
- Observe client advisors' interactions with customers to identify areas for improvement.
- Support client advisors in developing storytelling skills and personal narratives.
- Conduct role-playing exercises to simulate challenging customer scenarios, such as overcoming objections.
- Apply various sales training techniques, including gamification, case studies, and group activities.
- Experience as a retail trainer, sales trainer, or in a similar role.
- Understanding of luxury retail, customer experience, and sales skills (experience with luxury brands preferred but not required).
- Ability to manage the entire training cycle, including face-to-face activities and learning platforms.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate client advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Capability to assess retail business needs based on specific KPI indicators.
- Possession of training-related qualifications is advantageous.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays due to store assignment.
