- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to devise and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to business requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, managing the full recruitment cycle including job specification validation, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure a high-touch, exceptional candidate experience for both active and passive candidates.
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of recruiting, networking, and hiring events.
- Achieve or surpass key recruitment metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience measures.
- Develop innovative recruitment solutions and maintain robust, proactive talent pipelines.
- Work in partnership with the HR Business Partner to support employment brand initiatives and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all recruiting and hiring activities in accordance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes through collaboration with the wider Talent Acquisition team.
- Source, recruit, and hire top-tier talent for both hourly and salaried positions.
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within luxury retail or a comparable industry.
- Full fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer-first mindset with a proven ability to deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience.
- Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.
- Genuine passion for luxury retail, including its heritage, craftsmanship, and client experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent reprioritization.
- Highly collaborative, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strategic thinking and hands-on execution in recruitment processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing full-cycle recruitment activities.
- Ability to develop creative recruitment solutions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 6 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally within the luxury retail sector or a similar industry.
