1. Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to devise and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to business requirements.
2. Serve as a trusted advisor, managing the full recruitment cycle including job specification validation, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
3. Ensure a high-touch, exceptional candidate experience for both active and passive candidates.
4. Participate actively in the planning and execution of recruiting, networking, and hiring events.
5. Achieve or surpass key recruitment metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience measures.
6. Develop innovative recruitment solutions and maintain robust, proactive talent pipelines.
7. Work in partnership with the HR Business Partner to support employment brand initiatives and best practices.
8. Ensure compliance with all recruiting and hiring activities in accordance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes through collaboration with the wider Talent Acquisition team.
10. Source, recruit, and hire top-tier talent for both hourly and salaried positions.

1. 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within luxury retail or a comparable industry.
2. Full fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal.
3. Strong customer-first mindset with a proven ability to deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience.
4. Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.
5. Genuine passion for luxury retail, including its heritage, craftsmanship, and client experience.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent reprioritization.
7. Highly collaborative, with strong relationship-building skills.
8. Willingness to travel as required.
