Tiffany & Co. seeks a Public Relations Manager in Paris to lead PR strategy across France, Benelux & Monaco, managing campaigns, partnerships and media relations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and cascade the market PR strategy across France, Netherlands, Belgium and Monaco in alignment with Regional and Global guidance.
  • Provide strategic counsel to the Market Managing Director and the PR & Communications Director on positioning, launches and brand moments.
  • Lead the development and execution of market PR plans, editorial calendars and activation roadmaps for product launches and key brand moments.
  • Manage the market communications calendar to ensure alignment with regional initiatives, business objectives and seasonal priorities.
  • Negotiate, build and oversee brand partnerships and collaborations that deliver communications opportunities at market level.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, press and media partners to secure high‑visibility coverage and earned media opportunities.
  • Drive measurement and reporting of campaign performance using digital analytics and social listening to inform influencer and media strategies.
  • Oversee budget adherence and ensure operational quality across PR activations and events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of PR experience, ideally within luxury retail or luxury goods.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
  • Proven experience developing editorial plans and managing multi‑market PR campaigns.
  • Track record of negotiating and managing partnerships and external agencies.
  • Strong organisational skills, impeccable attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital analytics and social listening to measure campaign ROI and inform influencer strategies.
  • Understanding of financial and operational performance to ensure budget adherence and efficient execution.

Experience
