1. Partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to support talent acquisition initiatives.
2. Serve as an expert and advisor in conducting full-cycle recruitment activities, including verifying job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and short-listing candidates.
3. Participate in the planning and execution of networking, recruiting, and hiring events.
4. Meet goals related to key staffing metrics such as time to fill, new hire effectiveness, and candidate experience.
5. Support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives.
6. Develop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipeline strategies.
7. Collaborate with the HR Business Partner on employment brand marketing and best practices.
8. Provide best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws.
10. Provide input on process improvement opportunities through collaboration.
11. Leverage data analytics and insights to understand the external market and improve internal hiring processes.
12. Perform other related duties as required.

1. 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related Human Resources role.

Minimum of 6 years in Talent Acquisition or a related Human Resources role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

The hiring range for this position is $101,575 - $137,425, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
