- Partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to support talent acquisition initiatives.
- Serve as an expert and advisor in conducting full-cycle recruitment activities, including verifying job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and short-listing candidates.
- Participate in the planning and execution of networking, recruiting, and hiring events.
- Meet goals related to key staffing metrics such as time to fill, new hire effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives.
- Develop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipeline strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner on employment brand marketing and best practices.
- Provide best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Provide input on process improvement opportunities through collaboration.
- Leverage data analytics and insights to understand the external market and improve internal hiring processes.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related Human Resources role.

- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
Minimum of 6 years in Talent Acquisition or a related Human Resources role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
The hiring range for this position is $101,575 - $137,425, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
