1. Partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to support talent acquisition initiatives.
2. Conduct full cycle recruitment activities, including verifying job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and short-listing candidates.
3. Participate in networking, recruiting, and hiring events.
4. Meet goals related to staffing metrics such as time to fill and candidate experience.
5. Support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives.
6. Develop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipeline strategies.
7. Collaborate with the HR Business Partner on employment brand marketing.
8. Ensure best in class candidate and hiring manager experiences.
9. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
10. Provide input on process improvement opportunities.
11. Leverage data analytics and insights to understand the external market and internal improvements.

1. 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related Human Resources role
2. Customer-first mindset with proven ability to deliver exceptional candidate experience
3. Creative, proactive, and innovative approach to attracting top talent
4. Enthusiastic and passionate about luxury retail
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
6. Highly collaborative with the ability to build relationships quickly
7. Proven track record in a fast-paced and diverse luxury retail environment

Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related Human Resources role.

The hiring range for this position is $101,575 - $137,425, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
