1. Drive performance across sales, client experience, and store productivity.
2. Collaborate with Market Vice President and retail leaders to set and review performance goals.
3. Partner with Finance and HR on FTE planning and productivity optimization.
4. Design store-specific strategies to reach brand priorities and enhance client experience.
5. Lead in-store activities to deliver exemplary client service results.
6. Ensure effective communication and streamlined processes within the region.
7. Execute regional projects and business initiatives, including store incentives.

The hiring range for this position is $122,000 - $162,000, with eligibility for a management bonus.
