- Drive performance across sales, client experience, and store productivity.
- Collaborate with Market Vice President and retail leaders to set and review performance goals.
- Partner with Finance and HR on FTE planning and productivity optimization.
- Design store-specific strategies to reach brand priorities and enhance client experience.
- Lead in-store activities to deliver exemplary client service results.
- Ensure effective communication and streamlined processes within the region.
- Execute regional projects and business initiatives, including store incentives.
- Demonstrates agility and adaptability in a changing market.
- Proactive in capturing opportunities and problem-solving.
- Strong sense of self-awareness and ability to foster collaboration.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities in each store.
- Leadership and motivational skills to inspire diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain the 'why'.
- Ability to implement client and people-centric solutions.
- Confidence in taking initiative and identifying appropriate actions.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
The hiring range for this position is $122,000 - $162,000, with eligibility for a management bonus.
