1. Collaborate with the Market Vice President to establish and drive store performance goals.
2. Partner with Retail leaders to continuously review and enhance performance across sales, retail KPIs, and non-selling activities.
3. Work with Finance and HR on FTE planning, productivity, and optimization to deliver service excellence through an elevated client experience.
4. Design tailored store strategies to reach brand priorities and optimize performance.
5. Lead and plan in-store activities to achieve client service results with support from regional teams and corporate departments.
6. Drive the region’s filtration efforts to ensure streamlined communications and processes.
7. Lead regional projects and execute business initiatives, including store incentives and retail-specific projects.
8. Oversee efficient product flow, including store openings, pop-ups, and logistics in partnership with Merchandising and Supply Chain.
9. Coordinate with Store Planning and Maintenance on new openings and renovations.
10. Drive new tools and coordinate store issue follow-ups with IT.
11. Rethink business practices and provide feedback on current policies and procedures.
