1. Support all Retail Excellence functions across stores in Singapore and assist the Retail Excellence Director.
2. Develop and nurture the store-based support community to achieve operational excellence.
3. Maintain a retail control checklist and conduct regular audit checks of stores.
4. Collaborate with the Regional Retail Training Team to enhance operational effectiveness.
5. Partner with HR to support store-related engagement activities.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
2. Proven track record of achieving operational excellence in a retail environment.

1. Strong leadership and team development skills.
2. Excellent organizational and audit capabilities.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Proficiency in identifying and implementing best practices in retail operations.

A minimum of 5 years in retail operations or a similar role, demonstrating a history of operational excellence and leadership.
