1. Monitor and observe daily client interactions on the sales floor, providing feedback to enhance the client experience and sales performance.
2. Ensure brand standards are consistently demonstrated, including grooming, image, and store presentation.
3. Collaborate with store leaders to identify opportunities for improvement using sales data and NPS scores.
4. Develop and implement store learning and coaching plans, setting individual targets for team members.
5. Lead by example to cultivate a culture of coaching and feedback, enhancing leadership skills within the team.
6. Partner with store leadership to organize and deliver motivational learning sessions and training programs.
7. Facilitate in-store onboarding and induction for new hires, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
8. Ensure the execution of the retail training strategy, maintaining an active presence on the sales floor to assess training impact.
9. Support the region in driving client satisfaction and sales results through applied learning initiatives.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development within the luxury brand or service industry.
2. Experience in retail leadership.
3. Proven track record of effective coaching.
4. Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
6. Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
7. Willingness to travel as needed.

The hiring range for this position is $101,575 - $137,425, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
