- Design innovative curriculums and learning solutions in collaboration with corporate and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and cultural values.
- Facilitate impactful training sessions that focus on skill development and behavior change to drive business outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate daily client interactions in retail stores to maintain high sales and service standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to enhance performance based on the Power of Blue sales model and the Tiffany Experience Index.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders throughout the design process, embodying a growth mindset and inspiring others.
- Minimum of 5-7 years in retail/training experience, instructional design, or performance consulting.
- Proven facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute innovative solutions.
- Experience in developing measurement tools focusing on learning impact and business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail training, instructional design, or performance consulting.

The hiring range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, dependent on skills and experience.
