1. Design innovative curriculums and learning solutions in collaboration with corporate and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and cultural values.

3. Monitor and evaluate daily client interactions in retail stores to maintain high sales and service standards.

1. Minimum of 5-7 years in retail/training experience, instructional design, or performance consulting.
2. Proven facilitation and presentation skills.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute innovative solutions.
4. Experience in developing measurement tools focusing on learning impact and business outcomes.
5. Bachelor's degree required.

The hiring range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, dependent on skills and experience.
