1. Collaborate with Store Managers and the Operations Executive to ensure retail operations align with global standards.
2. Work with various departments to identify and drive business opportunities.
3. Ensure adherence to Retail Foundations standards and provide necessary support and training.
4. Maintain full compliance with all policies, rules, and regulations within the retail team.
5. Lead by example in the market and support local event coordination and planning.

1. 5-10 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably with jewelry experience.
2. 5+ years of leadership experience in a managerial role.
3. Proven track record in country management.

2. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external clients.
3. Ability to embody and promote values of optimism, love, inclusivity, and creativity.

A minimum of 10 years in luxury retail, with significant leadership and country management exposure.
