- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President, Global Retail Excellence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Assist in planning and executing conferences and business travel arrangements.
- Prepare detailed presentations and manage contract and purchase order coordination.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Vice President, managing communications discreetly and professionally.
- Support project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and stakeholder communication.
- Track and manage departmental budgets and expenses.
- Maintain departmental records and coordinate special projects as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of assistant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maturity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online meeting tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
- Resilience, diplomacy, and trustworthiness.
A minimum of 5 years of assistant experience is required, preferably with exposure to luxury retail environments.
The hiring range for this position is $30.43 - $41.17 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
