- Mentor and develop Boutique Leaders and Client Advisors in delivering premium in-store experiences and clienteling skills.
- Ensure sales and service standards are consistently upheld across the market.
- Support leadership teams by coaching Client Advisors through real-time feedback on sales floor interactions.
- Collaborate with store leaders to identify opportunities for improvement using sales dashboards and NPS scores.
- Partner with leadership and HR to review sales and KPI performance of stores and individual Client Advisors.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs on client services, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Assess and review the impact of training to reinforce learning outcomes.

Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in results-driven, premium customer service businesses. Jewelry and watch industry experience is highly regarded.
Graduate gemologist degree or coursework from the Gemological Association of Australia (GAA) or GIA is preferred.
