- Welcome clients warmly and courteously, ensuring a luxurious experience that enhances service and sales.
- Utilize storytelling to passionately share knowledge about Tiffany & Co.
- Deliver a knowledgeable and personalized experience for every client.
- Attend to the needs of clients, directing them throughout the store while ensuring Tiffany's standards are met.
- Engage in bespoke conversations to elevate the in-store experience and identify client needs, partnering them with the appropriate Client Advisor.
- Support hospitality, tours, and events, including door coverage and elevator operation.
- Act as a concierge to ensure clients have the best experience in Milan.
- Manage floor waiting lists efficiently and execute best practices to enhance the in-store experience.
- Communicate potential service issues to management promptly.
- Share client interactions and brand impressions with management.
- Foster collaboration and thrive in a team environment.
- Support company initiatives and demonstrate adaptability to change.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality or museums.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in Italy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and agility in a dynamic retail setting.
- Customer service excellence.
A minimum of 2 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-facing role such as hospitality or museums.
