1. Deliver exceptional service and uphold luxury standards.
2. Achieve operational excellence KPIs and ensure team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
3. Maintain pristine store presentation and support operational organization for services.
4. Manage stock operations, including cycle counts and inventory transfers.
5. Support store opening and closing procedures and workforce planning.
6. Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment.
7. Propose improvements to store leadership and support new operational tools and systems.
8. Exhibit a positive and collaborative attitude, promoting an inclusive culture of joy.

1. 4-5 years of retail operations experience with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Authorization to work in Turkey.
7. Fluency in Turkish and English; a third language is a plus.
