1. Accurately assess repair orders to determine technical assignments based on expertise and labor time.
2. Maximize workflow and efficiency by capturing all relevant information and escalating servicing issues.
3. Identify volume, type of repairs, and expected customer due dates while managing short-date and late-moving orders.
4. Complete processing work according to Tiffany quality and design standards.
5. Meet or exceed established productivity standards based on work mix and role.
6. Maintain organized orders and report any late or potentially late orders.
7. Develop a working knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including designers, collections, and materials.
8. Proactively seek and apply new skills and techniques for quality, safety, or productivity improvements.
9. Collaborate with coworkers, administration, and management in problem-solving and process improvement.
10. Comply with all health and safety requirements and maintain a safe workstation.

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
4. 2 years' experience in an administrative business environment

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related administrative or technical environment.

The hiring range for this position is $23 - $31 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
