Tiffany & Co. Repair Services Representative

- Accurately assess repair orders to determine technical assignments based on expertise and labor time.
- Maximize workflow and efficiency by capturing all relevant information and escalating servicing issues.
- Identify volume, type of repairs, and expected customer due dates while managing short-date and late-moving orders.
- Complete processing work according to Tiffany quality and design standards.
- Meet or exceed established productivity standards based on work mix and role.
- Maintain organized orders and report any late or potentially late orders.
- Develop a working knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including designers, collections, and materials.
- Proactively seek and apply new skills and techniques for quality, safety, or productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with coworkers, administration, and management in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Comply with all health and safety requirements and maintain a safe workstation.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 2 years' experience in an administrative business environment
- Ability to assess and manage repair orders
- Organizational skills for maintaining workflow
- Knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products and systems
- Proactive in skill development and process improvement
- Compliance with health and safety standards
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related administrative or technical environment.
High School diploma or equivalent
The hiring range for this position is $23 - $31 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
