- Accurately assess repair orders to determine technical assignments based on expertise and labor time.
- Maximize workflow and efficiency by capturing relevant information and escalating servicing issues.
- Identify volume, type of repairs, and expected customer due dates, managing short and late-moving orders.
- Ensure all processing work adheres to Tiffany quality and design standards.
- Meet or exceed established productivity standards and maintain an organized workspace.
- Develop knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including designers, collections, and manufacturing methods.
- Proactively seek and apply new skills and techniques for quality, safety, or productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with coworkers, administration, and management in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Comply with all health and safety requirements and maintain a safe workstation.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining common areas and equipment, reporting any unsafe tools or equipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 2 years' experience in an administrative business environment
- Ability to assess technical assignments and labor time
- Organizational skills to manage workflow and efficiency
- Knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products and manufacturing methods
- Problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Compliance with health and safety requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant administrative or technical environment.
High School diploma or equivalent
The hiring range for this position is $23 - $31 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
