1. Accurately assess repair orders to determine technical assignments based on expertise and labor time.
2. Maximize workflow and efficiency by capturing relevant information and escalating servicing issues.
3. Identify volume, type of repairs, and expected customer due dates, managing short and late-moving orders.
4. Ensure all processing work adheres to Tiffany quality and design standards.
5. Meet or exceed established productivity standards and maintain an organized workspace.
6. Develop knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including designers, collections, and manufacturing methods.
7. Proactively seek and apply new skills and techniques for quality, safety, or productivity improvements.
8. Collaborate with coworkers, administration, and management in problem-solving and process improvement.
9. Comply with all health and safety requirements and maintain a safe workstation.
10. Assist in cleaning and maintaining common areas and equipment, reporting any unsafe tools or equipment.

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
4. 2 years' experience in an administrative business environment

The hiring range for this position is $23 - $31 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
