Responsibilities
- Accurately assess repair orders to identify technical assignments based on expertise and labor time.
- Maximize workflow and efficiency by capturing relevant information and escalating servicing issues.
- Identify volume, type of repairs, and expected customer due dates while managing short date and late-moving orders.
- Complete processing work according to Tiffany quality and design standards.
- Inspect assigned orders for additional needs and escalate as appropriate.
- Meet or exceed established productivity standards.
- Maintain organized orders and workspace, adhering to due dates.
- Develop knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including designers, collections, and materials.
- Proactively seek and apply new skills and techniques for quality, safety, or productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with coworkers, administration, and management in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Provide assistance throughout the service center and participate in special projects.
- Comply with health and safety requirements and maintain a safe workstation.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative business environment. Experience in a technical environment is preferred.
Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $23 - $31 per hour, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
