- Empower Client Advisors to build meaningful, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with key regional stakeholders to drive client development initiatives.
- Communicate regional insights and business needs to the global retail team for strategy refinement.
- Enhance retail actions and tools in collaboration with regional omnichannel and client relations teams.
- Establish KPIs to measure the ROI of client development programs and report to senior management.
- Ensure comprehensive client understanding through CRM insights and Client 360 attributes.
- Innovate and propose scalable activations using market best practices and data insights.
- Lead training sessions for retail teams on clienteling tools and techniques.
- Advocate for a culture of personalization and client obsession across the retail network.
- Influence senior management with insights and recommendations based on performance and feedback.
- 8+ years in luxury retail, client development, hospitality, or client experience leadership.
- Proven project management skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in budget management.
- Deep understanding of regional client behaviors and market dynamics.
