- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to enhance employer branding.
- Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Global Talent Acquisition and Global Marketing teams.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to create targeted marketing strategies for special talent segments.
- Align employer branding initiatives with brand marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Lead project management for internal and external recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Create engaging content for Tiffany's global platforms and career pages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather employee stories and testimonials.
- Support employer branding initiatives for recruitment events and early career programs.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Strong understanding of social media and recruitment platforms
- Previous Talent Acquisition Project Management experience
- In-depth understanding of Talent Acquisition trends and best practices
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and employer brand development
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

The hiring range for this position is $77,010 - $90,600, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
