Tiffany & Co. Project Manager, Store Planning

- Oversee and manage store planning projects across Europe, including new stores, relocations, renovations, expansions, and closures.
- Coordinate with the NY headquarters' Real Estate, Store Design, and Store Planning teams to ensure adherence to corporate design and construction standards.
- Manage pre-contract and post-contract construction tasks, focusing on schedule management, cost management, bidding, and procurement.
- Strengthen and maintain vendor relationships to ensure project success.
- Prepare technical files for store design teams and oversee project execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Evaluate and propose improvements for project-related consultants and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Support ongoing research and development programs in collaboration with Store Design and Procurement.
- Manage local architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with design, schedule, budget, and local regulations.
- Develop and maintain professional vendor relationships and manage mockup exercises for new architectural elements.
- Provide technical expertise and property management support across the region.
- 10+ years of experience in the luxury industry.
- Demonstrated skills in value engineering, measuring, and cost control techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to manage a construction team and project stakeholders.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Proficiency in PlanGrid, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
- Analytical project management skills.
- Design and detail-oriented with high standards of expectations.
- Ability to work remotely and travel throughout Europe.
- KPI-driven with the ability to develop and track annual KPIs.
Minimum 10 years in the luxury industry, with a focus on project management and construction.
