Tiffany & Co. Production Scheduler

- Execute the production plan as determined by the Industrial Planning Organization.
- Order all internally and externally made components, including casting, sub-assemblies, and sundries.
- Create production schedules to ensure on-time delivery for each facility.
- Manage material planning and scheduling functions for assigned projects.
- Release work orders and ensure on-time completion by collaborating with manufacturing.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage excess and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure data integrity of all product information.
- Communicate and collaborate with other Production Schedulers, Lead Planner, and New Product Integration Leads.
- Participate in and encourage lean activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report incidents and safety issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Production Planning.
- MRP/ERP system experience in a Supply Chain Manufacturing organization.
- Strong background in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning within a supply chain manufacturing organization is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00 - $90,000.00, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
