1. Execute the production plan as determined by the Industrial Planning Organization.
2. Order all internally and externally made components, including casting, sub-assemblies, and sundries.
3. Create production schedules to ensure on-time delivery for each facility.
4. Manage material planning and scheduling functions for assigned projects.
5. Release work orders and ensure on-time completion by collaborating with manufacturing.
6. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage excess and obsolete inventory.
7. Ensure data integrity of all product information.
8. Communicate and collaborate with other Production Schedulers, Lead Planner, and New Product Integration Leads.
9. Participate in and encourage lean activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Adhere to safety protocols and report incidents and safety issues promptly.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
2. 3 – 5 years’ experience in Production Planning.
3. MRP/ERP system experience in a Supply Chain Manufacturing organization.
4. Strong background in a Lean Manufacturing environment.

1. Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
2. Demonstrated leadership skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning within a supply chain manufacturing organization is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.

The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00 - $90,000.00, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
