- Facilitate the movement of samples between suppliers and internal teams, coordinating with Inventory Control.
- Manage sample alerts and coordinate shipments to support various departments including E-commerce, Marketing, and PR.
- Ensure samples are properly labeled, organized, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the management of stone inventory needs, including requests, work order creation, and bill of material setup.
- Prepare samples for presentations, conferences, and business meetings.
- Support Analysts in processing invoices and completing project close-out processes.
- Maintain artwork files, scan artwork, and manage product imaging for internal use.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors regarding project updates and sample receipts.
- 2-4 years of experience in merchandising or retail, preferably within a luxury brand.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new software.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Undergraduate degree required.
The hiring range for this position is $22.87 to $30.94 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
