1. Collaborate with the Director to strategize and support the Private Client Team in achieving sales targets and enhancing the store experience.
2. Facilitate client engagement and retention strategies, including managing RSVP's and ROI tracking for events and activations.
3. Execute operational and sales support functions to consistently meet or exceed sales plans.
4. Enhance the in-store experience by ensuring exceptional client service and hospitality.
5. Provide leadership on the sales floor and act as a liaison in the absence of the Director.
6. Drive team collaboration and performance through key messaging and feedback.
7. Manage scheduling and operational tasks to ensure seamless back-of-house execution.
8. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
9. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and support sales objectives.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality or art galleries.
2. Authorization to work in the United States.

3. Proficiency in client relationship management.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Multilingual capabilities are an advantage.

A minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-related field.

A college or university degree, preferably with a focus on fine or performing arts. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $28.00-$35.00 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance.
