1. Achieve and exceed commercial action plans and annual targets through expert consultative selling and participation in high jewelry selling events.
2. Prospect and develop relationships with High Net Worth clients.
3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the local jewelry market, including trends and pricing, and leverage this knowledge to close sales.
4. Collaborate with store and market leadership to create exclusive, unforgettable experiences for clients.
5. Demonstrate commercial excellence and commitment to elevating the brand.

1. 5+ years of experience in the luxury industry.
2. Proven track record in closing high jewelry sales.
3. Strong diplomacy skills and experience building relationships with High Net Worth clients.
4. Impeccable self-presentation.
5. Ability to work autonomously and exercise independent judgment.

1. Deep understanding of the luxury lifestyle.
2. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
3. Capability to develop brand image strategies.
4. Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 5 years in the luxury industry, with a focus on high jewelry sales and client relationship management.

The hiring range for this position is $31.50/hour to $45/hour, dependent on skills and experience. Eligible for sales commission.
