Tiffany & Co. Planning and Purchasing Coordinator
Tiffany & Co., a venerable name in luxury, has been synonymous with exceptional craftsmanship for over 175 years. The Geneva-based watchmaking division is currently expanding, focusing on the creation of timepieces that embody aesthetics, design, and elegance.
- Participate actively in weekly Planning and Purchasing meetings to evaluate demand and supply, and formulate action plans.
- Coordinate communication and operations within the assembly department, including the issuance of transfer orders, work orders, and purchase orders.
- Monitor the assembly process to ensure a consistent workflow, manage stock levels, and collaborate with the Purchasing team.
- Collaborate with Quality and Purchasing departments to manage product returns and address non-conformities.
- Support the sourcing of diamonds, aligning with global strategy and quality, price, and compliance criteria.
- Manage monthly and quarterly diamond inventories with suppliers to optimize stock levels.
- Verify supplier invoices and control reported information.
- Support and develop process improvement projects in Planning and Purchasing.
- Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Management, Economics, or a related field; CSCP Certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production planning within a complex multinational environment.
- Highly analytical with the ability to convert raw data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in Project Management.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP Systems.
- Goal-oriented, reliable, and adaptable working style.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledgeable and curious about the luxury industry, with a strong interest in the watch industry being a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing production planning in a complex multinational environment is required.
Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Management, Economics, or a related field.
