The Geneva-based watchmaking division is currently expanding, focusing on the creation of timepieces that embody aesthetics, design, and elegance.

1. Participate actively in weekly Planning and Purchasing meetings to evaluate demand and supply, and formulate action plans.
2. Coordinate communication and operations within the assembly department, including the issuance of transfer orders, work orders, and purchase orders.
3. Monitor the assembly process to ensure a consistent workflow, manage stock levels, and collaborate with the Purchasing team.
4. Collaborate with Quality and Purchasing departments to manage product returns and address non-conformities.
5. Support the sourcing of diamonds, aligning with global strategy and quality, price, and compliance criteria.
6. Manage monthly and quarterly diamond inventories with suppliers to optimize stock levels.
7. Verify supplier invoices and control reported information.
8. Support and develop process improvement projects in Planning and Purchasing.

1. Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Management, Economics, or a related field; CSCP Certification is a strong plus.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production planning within a complex multinational environment.

1. Highly analytical with the ability to convert raw data into actionable insights.
2. Proficient in Project Management.
3. Fluent in English and French.
4. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP Systems.
5. Goal-oriented, reliable, and adaptable working style.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Knowledgeable and curious about the luxury industry, with a strong interest in the watch industry being a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing production planning in a complex multinational environment is required.

Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Management, Economics, or a related field.
