- Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including the calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions for all employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including hiring, termination, and salary changes in the payroll system.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, social security, and labor regulations.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports, tax reports, and audits in collaboration with external suppliers.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex payroll issues, resolving discrepancies and addressing employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to integrate employee data and resolve discrepancies.
- Lead payroll and administration initiatives across Italy, Spain, and Turkey, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best solutions.
- Implement time and attendance systems with identified external suppliers, utilizing a project management approach.
- Focus on the Tiffany HR system for process improvements.
- Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits to analyze market trends and evaluate improvements.
- Lead internal and external audits in the respective countries.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics or related fields
- At least 5-8 years of experience in HR Administration, with a focus on payroll and budget management
- Strong understanding of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and labor laws
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills
- High level of confidentiality
- Proactivity and strong sense of priorities
A minimum of 5 years in HR Administration, specifically focusing on payroll and budget management, preferably within multinational companies.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics or related fields
