- Efficiently manage the physical and systematic analysis, processing, and movement of repair orders and materials.
- Identify and communicate potential issues with orders to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy of order information, including item descriptions, order types, and repair requests, while identifying counterfeit merchandise.
- Serve as a liaison between the Service Center, internal customers, and vendors.
- Respond promptly and professionally to telephone calls and emails.
- Collaborate with management on repair service issues and customer escalations.
- Assist with projects, flexible assignments, and ongoing tasks as required by business needs.
- Maintain vendor compliance with Tiffany’s Social Accountability Program and regulatory standards.
- Advocate for internal customers by coordinating with departments to resolve customer issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with responsible parties.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of business experience with a strong operational background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve areas for improvement
- Ability to collaborate and build strong business relationships
- Flexible work schedule with availability for overtime and weekends

A minimum of 3 years in a business environment with a focus on operations is required. Experience in an operations, technical, or luxury retail environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent. An undergraduate degree and/or Graduate Gemology degree is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $23 - $31 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
