1. Lead back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
2. Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and sales goals.
3. Act as a key holder and manager on duty, coordinating order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
4. Ensure operational excellence by completing tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning.
5. Maintain compliance with internal control procedures and inventory accuracy.
6. Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
7. Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
8. Execute sales support functions to meet or exceed sales targets.
9. Collect and manage customer data to cultivate relationships.
10. Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable client interactions.
11. Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
12. Resolve client and employee concerns using detailed knowledge of policies and procedures.

1. 2-3 years of experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

A minimum of 3 years in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector.

The pay range for this role is $22.25-$30.48 per hour.
