- Provide exemplary client service, manage order fulfillment, and oversee inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise delivery aligns with the Tiffany Touch standards.
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete daily tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
- Collaborate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to address requests for product and service information.
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every client interaction.
- Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Apply deep knowledge of products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support operational efficiency objectives by providing feedback on process changes.
- Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and spending.
- Support the store in achieving or exceeding commercial targets.
- Collect data during client interactions to cultivate client relationships.
- Handle internal and external communications to generate sales opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong client connection skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to perform various tasks based on business needs
- Authorization to work in the United States

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.
A college/university degree is preferred.
