1. Provide exceptional client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
2. Ensure all merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
3. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain excellent communication.
4. Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and deliver excellence in all tasks.
5. Complete daily operational tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management with minimal supervision.
6. Assist with reconciling merchandise inventory and report discrepancies.
7. Collaborate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients.
8. Elevate in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments.
9. Support company operations objectives to improve efficiency and provide feedback on process changes.
10. Support client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
11. Collect data during client interactions to support client cultivation.
12. Handle internal and external communications to support sales opportunities.

1. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in operations.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
3. Authorization to work in the United States.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
3. Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
4. Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to connect with clients and provide exceptional service.

A minimum of 2 years of prior retail experience in operations, with a focus on merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.

A college or university degree is desired.

The hiring range for this position is $21.25 - $28.75 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
