1. Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
2. Ensure merchandise delivery aligns with Tiffany's standards of excellence.
3. Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning.
5. Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management.
6. Partner with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests for product and service information.
7. Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable client interactions.
8. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
9. Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
10. Support company operations efficiency objectives.
11. Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
12. Support the store in achieving or exceeding commercial targets.
13. Handle internal and external correspondence to generate sales opportunities.

1. Authorization to work in Canada or the country where the position is based.
2. A college/university degree.

1. Strong analytical skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Organized and detail-oriented
6. Flexibility to perform various tasks based on business needs

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.

A college/university degree.
