- Provide exemplary client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
- Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador.

- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete daily tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
- Partner with client advisors and management to address product and service inquiries.
- Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable client interactions.
- Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Apply product knowledge to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support company operations efficiency objectives.
- Challenge standards to seek continuous improvement.
- Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
- Support the store in achieving commercial targets.
- Collect data to cultivate client relationships.
- Handle phone and email correspondence to generate sales opportunities.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to connect with clients.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
A college or university degree is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $21.95-$28.75 per hour, dependent on skills and experience. Eligible for sales commission.
