Tiffany & Co. Maintenance Mechanic

1. Adhere to all safety procedures and promptly report incidents and safety issues to the supervisor.
2. Install and set up tooling for various chain making machines, including Sisma chain making and linking machines, Link-o-matic machines, and heavy chain equipment.
3. Efficiently operate chain, linking, tag, and related production equipment to meet production schedules with a goal of 100% on-time delivery.
4. Coordinate with the tool-room for repair and replacement of production tooling as needed.
5. Perform scheduled maintenance on all chain manufacturing equipment to ensure 100% readiness.
6. Participate in new product development and implementation into production, proposing continuous improvement opportunities.
7. Engage in 5S activities to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
8. Build partnerships across departments to enhance efficiency and create a supportive work environment.

1. Minimum of five years of experience in chain making mechanics.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Basic math and computer skills.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Strong written and oral communication skills.
3. Ability to read and follow safety and manufacturing procedures and blueprints.
4. Interpersonal skills for constructive and professional communication with colleagues.

A minimum of five years of experience in chain making mechanics is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
