- Provide exceptional client service, manage order fulfillment, and oversee inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
- Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador.
- Foster an entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrate creativity and innovation.
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete daily tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with client advisors, management, and clients to address product and service inquiries.
- Enhance in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion for the Tiffany brand during client interactions.
- Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Apply product knowledge to increase client satisfaction.
- Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Strengthen client relationships to drive loyalty and spending.
- Execute operations functions to support the store in meeting commercial targets.
- Collect data during client interactions to cultivate client relationships.
- Manage internal and external communications to generate sales opportunities.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks based on business needs.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
A college/university degree is desired.
The hiring range for this position is $21.95-$28.75 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission. Pay is dependent on skills and experience.
