1. Support daily store operations and assist the sales department.
2. Manage inventory control, including receiving and dispatching client service orders to specialized workshops.
3. Administer and control sales processes, including invoicing.
4. Collaborate with store management, sales professionals, corporate staff, and customer service to drive sales and profitability while maintaining high customer service standards.
5. Report directly to the Store Manager and Corporate Operations Manager.
6. Perform additional activities as required by business needs.
7. Handle internal and external communications efficiently to generate sales opportunities.
8. Enhance in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments.
9. Demonstrate brand passion and apply customer experience behaviors identified in the TEI program.
10. Implement standard practices to optimize store hospitality and amenities.
11. Maintain administrative processes and ensure compliance.
12. Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
13. Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process changes.
14. Monitor store maintenance status and manage inventory transfers and special orders.
15. Coordinate cyclical and annual store inventories in accordance with corporate schedules.
