- Support daily store operations and assist the sales department.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving and dispatching client service orders to specialized workshops.
- Administer and control sales processes, including invoicing.
- Collaborate with store management, sales professionals, corporate staff, and customer service to drive sales and profitability while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Report directly to the Store Manager and Corporate Operations Manager.
- Perform additional activities as required by business needs.
- Handle internal and external communications efficiently to generate sales opportunities.
- Enhance in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate brand passion and apply customer experience behaviors identified in the TEI program.
- Implement standard practices to optimize store hospitality and amenities.
- Maintain administrative processes and ensure compliance.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
- Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process changes.
- Monitor store maintenance status and manage inventory transfers and special orders.
- Coordinate cyclical and annual store inventories in accordance with corporate schedules.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
University degree preferred; Gemology degree is a plus.
